In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Preorder items will have a listed ETA that may vary.
When an order includes both preorder items and in-stock items, the entire order will ship/be packed for pick up together once all items are available. This helps ensure everything arrives at the same time. If you would like to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order from preorder items at checkout.

For local pickups, the 14-day window begins on the day you receive your “Ready for Pickup” email. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
