Refund policy
Refunds and Exchanges on Boutique Items
Our boutique policy is effective for 14 days (2 weeks). This is calculated from the day of in-store sale, USPS/UPS delivery date, or date of ready for pick up notice, whichever is applicable. We understand that our limited store hours may hinder a return in this timeframe. If this is the case, please send us an email at contactotmboutique@gmail.com so that we can see about making timely arrangements.
Items not eligible for return: earrings, bodysuits, swimsuits, cups, hair accessories, anything marked as clearance or over 30% off. Custom items are non refundable, no exceptions. This includes tees in which you chose the color. OTM is not responsible for tee color choices clashing with the design since all designs are shown as they will be printed.
In order to qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition as purchased. Tags do not need to be attached, but we do need the tags in order to be eligible for return/exchange. We will not be able to accept items that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way from the original condition from which it left our store. Should you notice an issue with your order, this must be reported within 48 hours of receiving order. All returns must be returned/postmarked with 7 days of return/exchange request.
If items are returned appearing worn, have makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smell of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, or post marked beyond 7 days from the return initiated date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted and, if applicable, you will be responsible for shipping costs back to you.
Refunds are only processed in the form of store credit unless a shop error was made, in which a refund to original payment will be offered. All clearance/final sale items are non-refundable, no exceptions. Items marked 30% off or more are considered final sale.

Return policy for Consignment Items
Our consignment policy lasts 7 days. Once 7 days have passed, we can no longer offer any refund/store credit. To be eligible for return, consignment items MUST still have the original OTM tags attached.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at onetiredmamacreations@gmail.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately “last chance” items cannot be refunded. This does not include brand rep discount code items.
Defective/Damaged Items
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged subject to availability. If items cannot be replaced, we offer a refund. Please notify us of any defects within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send us an email at contactotmboutique@gmail.com
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
